There are several data formatting conventions that are important to BookAccents. So that you do not need to inform BookAccents about what the data is that you are entering, you should conform to the following.
Terms:
Numeric Only digits from 0 - 9 are valid
Alphabetic Only Characters from A - Z are Valid
Alphanumeric (0 - 9 as well as A - Z) are Valid
