Activating Sold List |

|
The Sold List is generated allowing you to review a list of books you have already sold. This report is sorted by the books' sources, that is, where you obtained the books. We use this report daily to determine which books need to be reordered.
Just like the Daily Cash Report, each Cash Register maintains and reports its daily sales independently. You must run a report from each operating cash register.
Once you choose this report, BookAccents starts reading your Database Information. This can take some time, so be patient. Once the database information is loaded, you are given an opportunity to specialize your report. You may limit the report to a specified distributor and/or a range of dates. See Report Elements
Alternative Usage for this report.
Time & Money Saving Hint
First, using the Book Trading Screen, we scan the ISBNs, just as though we were taking these books in trade. This screen shows us how many books we currently have in stock and have sold, both new and used. Note: Nothing happens to your Book Inventory File until labels are printed for books.
The Book Inventory Information shown on the Trading Screen tells us that a book should be reordered, we scan the ISBN into the appropriate area of our distributors on-line ordering system. see example
