For a limited time, we are offering BookAccents on a 60 day evaluation.
To qualify for this evaluation you must
have a compatible bar-code reader and label printer (fully
operational before you receive the evaluation software)

We are both wasting our time if you are not printing labels as you evaluate BookAccents. We therefore insist that you have the necessary hardware available, or order it from us (or rent it) before you order the evaluation software.
If you do not print inventory labels, it is like getting a satellite receiver without an antenna. Yes, you can look at the menus, but can see the results.
Before your 60 day evaluation expires, we will invoice you for three (3) months rental... the previous 2 months plus your first month in advance. If you do not wish to continue using our product, simply return the invoice, with cancel written on it, and stop using BookAccents. If you wish to continue, please pay the invoice. We welcome you to the family!
NOTE: Only the basic module is available for rental. Any optional software is billable, two months in advance.
Still not convinced? Ok.. We will rent you the Bar-code Reader and Zebra Label Printer. Here's the deal.
You pay a security deposit of $808.00. These items will be either brand new, or in mint condition. In any case, they carry a limited one-year warranty. We will ship these items with your Installation CD and help you install them. The rental of the two items is $100.00/month (two month minimum rental), which we will apply to the purchase price of $808.00. NOTE: Hardware purchased without support is not available under the rental agreement.
Should you decide keep the items, we will keep the security deposit and issue you an invoice, marked paid in full.
If you return the items, we will issue you a refund. Security deposit less $100.00/month (minimum two (2) months).
