The monthly price includes free on-going email support. We are unable to provide unlimited support, or telephone support for free. Expert Support is available on a time and materials basis.
YOU MUST REGULARLY BACKUP YOUR SOFTWARE AND DATA FILES. FAILURE TO DO SO CAN BE EXTREMELY COSTLY AND TIME CONSUMING. I PERSONALLY GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL NEED THIS BACKUP AT SOME POINT.
