Once an order is placed, an email is sent to us. The received Order/Picking Ticket is parsed by the Internet Sales software. Additional information is added to the email by our software to facilitate finding and shipping the book

From the Stocking Information provided on the picking ticket, the book is located on our Bulk Storage Section.
|

The book's Inventory Number is compared to the picking Ticket.
|

Here we see the deferred billing process in action. We have done the following:
BookAccents has looked up the transaction stored when the voucher was printed in the Inventory Order Database, and checked that the correct ISBN was pulled. The sales and shipping values are displayed the Pop-up Window.
When "OK" is depressed, the sales commission will the calculated, and the amount received for the sales will be posted to your Deferred Sales Invoice. The order will be flagged as completed, and inventory will be adjusted when the invoice is printed.

You got here by selecting "Order Status" from the BookAccents Main Screen Utilities Menu.

BookAccents "looks up" the transaction requested, and displays important information.
The most important information is that the transaction has been completed by invoicing through the Deferred Billing Mode.

A Shipping label is produced by the Dazzle Envelope Manager Software. We have specialized Envelope Manager to accept pertinent information from the picking ticket.

|
Of course, once you ship the order, it is nice to have a receipt of the shipment and delivery. Envelope Manager readily provides this information. Just lookup the shipment. Envelope manager creates and maintains its on database during label printing operations.
Just highlight the label and click details.

Once you execute a program which down loads the Envelope Manager Database into your BookAccents Database, additional shipping information is available on the Order Status Screen.

When your Internet Browser displays your order tracking page, just place your cursor in the "Enter Label number" box, and paste in the tracking number as performed above.
