BookAccents provides a very effective way to print shelf location for your store. To activate this feature, select "Shelf Location Labels" from the Main Screen's Reports Menu.

Once selected, BookAccents will display the screen shown to allow you to print your labels. Many times when you are naming a shelf, the shelf numbering scheme will follow a given order. For Example: Let's assume that you are calling for labels for your front desk shelves in Bookcase FD1, and you want three labels for locations FD1-1, FD1-2, and FD1-3. You would set up a "short cut" on the following screen, as shown. BookAccents will print a set of shelf labels, as shown.
NOTE: We use special Super-Sticky Shelf Labels for our book shelves, since they will not need to be removed, unlike the Easy-Peel Book Labels. We stock and sell these labels for anyone who wishes to use them. Our order number for these labels are 1579.
