In order to facilitate using bulk storage, we have developed this method. All overages should be scanned into locations BX-nnnn (where nnnn is a numeric value). You should periodically run the "Only in Box" Report to determine which books need be pulled from bulk storage and stocked (and scanned) to a shelf.

Once the report completes, you have a list of books that are currently stored in bulk, but have no corresponding books currently on your shelves. Focus for a moment on one of the elements of our report. "A guide to nest" is currently stored in BX-362, but all of the other copies are marked as sold. also notice that we generally stock this book at location SW16.
All you need to go is pull that book from BX-362, restock and scan it to SW16.
